5. Fees and Payments

All payment terms are agreed upon in a formal engagement or service agreement. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension and/or legal recovery of due amounts.

6. Confidentiality

All client and case-related information is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. Confidentiality is strictly maintained unless disclosure is required by law or with your prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vindex Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee successful recovery of any given debt.
  • Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

  • For breach of these terms,
  • If instructed to do so by a legal authority,
  • Due to illegal or unethical conduct related to the debt submission.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with the District Court of Amsterdam (or other appropriate court under Dutch law) having exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

10. Changes to These Terms

Vindex Group reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
